MICHAEL PAPP October 25, 1923 - February 14, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael on February 14, 2016 at the age of 92 years. Michael is survived by his beloved and caring wife Dianna; his brother Lajos; his stepdaughter Tanya; grandson Hunter; mother-in-law Betty; sisters-in-law Patricia, Rennie, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth; father Michael; sisters, Helen and Irene. Michael was born in Szolt, Hungary and came to Canada in 1957. He was employed as a welder for many years. He enjoyed travelling with his loving wife visiting across Canada and Europe. Michael was a member of the Hungarian United Church and St. Emile Catholic Church. He was also a member of the St. Stephens Hungarian Club. Michael had a real sense of humour and charm and made people laugh easily. He was kind, generous and an inspiration to us all, because he brought out the best in people. He was very lovable. He loved observing the wildlife, fishing and boating on the lake. The family would like to express their gratitude for the exceptional care given to Michael on 4B Family Medicine Care Unit, at St. Boniface Hospital.
