ALLAN WAYNE BUTLER June 22, 1946 - February 5, 2016 It is with heartfelt sadness that the family announces his passing at Oakview Place Extended Care Home. Allan is survived by his Mom Irene, brother Richard (Linda), sister Susan (Rocco), sister Linda (Robert) and brother Arthur, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Allan always put his family and faith before himself. Allan is predeceased by his father, Oliver, in 2003. Allan worked for the Hydro and Sears Store. Allan loved nature, birds, animals, flowers, he loved walking outside in the wind and sun. Allan was a kind-hearted, gentle, generous man with a loud belly laugh. Special thanks to the staff of Oakview Place Extended Care Home for their care and compassion. A private family graveside service took place on February 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. May God keep you in His memory at the time of the resurrection in Paradise conditions on earth (John 5:28 and 29) And God shall wipe away all tears From their eyes; and there shall Be no more death, neither shall There be any more pain; for the Former things are passed away.
