  • I only knew Leonard during his brief school attendance in Ethelbert before his moving to Dauphin. After seeing his passing on social media, I remembered him as a very kind fun and gentle person. Our friendship grew when I married Wanda and we had so much in common with Leonard and his significant others. We are so sorry for Louella's loss and we will all miss Leonard dearly.   • I'm saddened by the passing of Len, I met Len at MTS and found him to be a kind, gentle man. I saw and spoke with Len at the MTS retiree luncheon in December where he spoke with pride of his family and his plans with his partner.   • I have been fortunate to have met Leonard through our common volunteer work together on a board that works in Winnipeg to guarantee a better quality of life for mentally and physically challenged adults. Leonard was a very dedicated individual who brought immense value to our board and our success. He was always first to be involved and he made our board fun! Our board, employees and all of the residents will sadly miss his jovial attitude and smile!
