All the nurses called her "Penny"! She was "Miss Penny" when she taught us in training. When we called her home Silvio always knew it was a nurse when we asked for "Penny"! I worked with Penny in the Assiniboine center in Brandon- she was the consummate professional - caring & compassionate-great friend. She will be missed. My deepest sympathy to her family. May you always treasure those "special" memories. - Posted by: Joan Nystedt (Fellow Misery Grad (62B)) on: Feb 27, 2016

As we came to Canada first time to visit Michael’s sister Uta and her family, Penny and Silvio welcomed us in their home and helped us to get all the necessary stuff for camping. Penny showed us the spectacular nature and explained flowers and wildlife. We will always remember. - Posted by: Marion, Michael and Johanna () on: Feb 27, 2016
