Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES (FRANKIE) MINCH (nee CLARK) October 10, 1916 - February 11, 2016 Frankie is survived by her daughter Joan, grandchildren Chris (Shelley) and Lisa (Ian), and great-grandchildren Cole, Dylan and Lauren. Her favourite hobbies were gardening and cooking. Her delicious perogies and chocolate cake were loved by all. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at home care. Their kindness and dedication allowed Frankie to remain in the home that meant so much to her. In keeping with Frankie's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
