MELYSSA JENNY SINCLAIR They say time heals all pain, But I know that isn't true, Because it hurts as much today, As it did sixteen years ago. You suffered many years in silence, Your spirit remained strong, You faced your pain with courage, Until the very end. You said that you were ready, That it was time to go, You knew how much we cared, You knew we loved you so. Part of us went with you, Melyssa, The day God called you home. So many times I've missed you, So many times I've cried, If love could have healed you, You never would have died. I try to do the best to live, Because I know that's what you wanted; It's sad to walk without you, Instead of side by side. Remembering you is easy, I do it every moment of every day, But missing you is a heartache, That never goes away. Fly little wing, Fly where only angels sing. Love you forever, Miss you for always. Love Mom and John.

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Melyssa is frequently in my thoughts and always in my heart. A beautiful girl, inside and out. I remember her smile and the sunshine that came with it. I'm honoured to have grown up with her and I will remember her fondly. Melyssa gave a piece of herself to everyone who knew her. I remember complimenting her on her hair at her eight grade "graduation". It was in a French roll and she looked beautiful with it. Now when ever I see that style I think of her. She was gracious and kind, lost too soon but never far away. Unable are the loved to die. - Posted by: Kimberly (School mate) on: Mar 01, 2016
