Sr. Junia's Funeral Prayers will be on Thursday, March 10 at 7:00 p.m and Funeral Liturgy will be on Friday, March 11 at 10:30 a.m. both services at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. Longer obituary to follow in Wednesday's edition. Sister Junia was my teacher in Junior High at Immaculate Heart of Mary. As a teenager I marvelled at Sister Junia's gentle approach to guiding adolescent teenagers through life. She shared her passion for life patiently to us who were searching for direction in our lives. It was not an easy task for Sister Junia who invested her heart and soul into our lives. Thank you Sister Junia for all your patience and understanding, I know God is embracing you for all your life's passions and gift.
