PHYLLIS GOTCH (aka MAMA BEAR) It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis. She passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Friday, March 18, 2016. She is now reunited with her dad Kenneth; and her brother Eric. Phyllis is survived by her mother Della; her loving husband of 41 years, Vic; children Mike (Tanya), Michelle (Cory) and Richard (Crystal); her loving grandchildren that she cherished dearly, Brianna, Dylan, Anthony, Kayden, Shai, Christopher, Dallas, Adreanna, Cayley and Damon; brothers Bruce (Val), Phillip (Fern), Brad, Doug and Steve; sister Est; as well as many other extended family and friends. We would like to thank the Allan Blair Cancer Centre especially Dr. Zarkovic and the nurses on 3B in the Pasqua Hospital. A Celebration Of Phyllis's Life will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Ave., Regina, SK on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Service and interment will take place at Peguis, MB at a later date for those who are unable to attend.
