I've never met Mr. Rioux but Arlene told me what a wonderful dad he was. She was definitely a daddy's girl, but especially in this last year of his life. Rest in peace Mr. Rioux. - Posted by: Liz Seger (penpal of Arlene Kovalik) on: Mar 26, 2016
