DONALD COOPER IVERSON Died March 18, 2016 in Melbourne, AU at the age of 69. Survived by his wife Lynne; daughter Amelia; sisters, Maureen, Judy (Ron), Barbara (Mike), Karen; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ida and Gordon. Don received his PHD from the University of Oregon and an Honourary PHD from the University of Waterloo. He was referred to by colleagues from around the world as a "Visionary Academic and Researcher". He held numerous teaching and research positions in North America and Australia. Service was held in Melbourne. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
