SUSANNA ENNS (nee THIESSEN) Susanna Enns (nee Thiessen) of East St. Paul, died peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Riverview Health Care Centre after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by Peter, her loving husband of 61 years, six children, Peter (Marilyn), John (Carla), Betty, Albert (Susan), Harold (Wanda), and Irene (Darwin), 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Aron and Anganetha Thiessen, brother, Peter, and granddaughter, Andra Enns. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Tina, Nettie, Margaret (John), Anni (Wolfram), Hans (Val), Henry (Erna), and many extended family and friends. The funeral service for Susanna Enns will be held on Thursday, April 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Douglas Mennonite Church, 1517 Rothesay St., Winnipeg, with viewing prior to the service. Donations may be made in Susanna's memory to Palliative Care, Health Sciences Centre Foundation, MS7 - 820 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9. www.hscfoundation.mb.ca Arrangements by Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach.

Dear uncle Peter & Family, We will forever hold in our hearts the lovely women, mother, aunt, and oma Susanna is. Her smile will be remembered in my memory for all time. The last time I seen her even on her last days she had a great big smile for me. We talked about her going to heaven and I told her how happy she will be walking by the water of life. when Saturday came I was making coffee in the kitchen and I felt a nudge on my shoulder 04/10/16 "today is the day ".
