JOHN LAROUCHE John Larouche passed away peacefully on April 16, 2016. He will always be remembered by his loving daughters, Marie (Ray), Tracy (Garnet), Cheryl and Deseray (Monica). His grandchildren Lisa, Michael, Fallon, Rebekah, Dana, Mathew, Billy, James, Adena, Emily. His siblings Jean Claude, Norman, Fleurette, Paulette (Albert), Yvon (Louise), Estelle (Paulo), Daniel, Denis, Joceline (Barry), numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was preceded by his wife Grace, his parents Mederic and Mariette, and brothers Luc, Gerald and Roger. John was very proud of his career as a rigger boilermaker his whole life with local 555. He had made many friends and countless memories. He enjoyed golfing with his best friend Bill, and discussing curling with his brother Roger. He loved to travel Canada visiting his many sibling along the way. A special thanks to Dr. Van Rensberg, and Dr. Tan, and the staff at the Grace Hospital. Interment has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory online to the Canadian Lung Association, or by mail to 1750 Courtwood Crescent, Suite 300, Ottawa, ON, K2C 2B5. John and I were close friend and we kept in touch often. We worked together and we shared many values in life. We could count on each other for support would encourage each other often. We will miss him greatly and I will always have fond memories of him. May he rests in God's loving arms until we meet again.
