My sincere condolences to you and your family for the loss of a great person. George had taken care of my legal issues and was easy to speak with. He made me feel comfortable. I was shocked to read about his passing when I was going to refer his services to a friend. Again, I give my sincerest sympathies to his family. - Posted by: Ida Traverse (Amos) (Client) on: Sep 23, 2020

And let's just be honest, there is no such place called 'justice,' if by that we envision a finish line, or a point at which the battle is won and the need to continue the struggle over with. After all, even when you succeed in obtaining a measure of justice, you're always forced to mobilize to defend that which you've won. There is no looming vacation. But there is redemption in struggle.” ― Tim Wise, White Like Me: Reflections on Race from a Privileged Son The struggle is over now, and my personal gratitude to you for aiding, and helping me defend my family when we needed it most. Know that you brought justice for so many. Truly a protector of the people. RIP and God Bless - Posted by: Jeffrey Champagne (Client/ Friend) on: Jun 06, 2016

George was a likable and an Accommodating legal luminary, he simplified all problems by offering the best legal solution with a reasonable and affordable cost. I consulted him when I wanted to buy my first home in January 2016 and he gave me the best closing deal and some good advise as a first time buyer. I had been sending email to him for the past 1 week now(since he told me my final documents will be ready by April 30,2016) to find out about the availability of the final documents and cheques. I began to wonder why this email was not returned because George replied phone and email promptly. I thought he travelled or was busy only to called the office on May 11,2016 and the worst was confirmed that the GREAT GEORGE HAD PASSED ON. REST IN PEACE ,GREAT GEORGE. - Posted by: Olalekan Sanni (Lawyer) on: May 12, 2016

George Funk was our lawyer since 2007 and has been very helpful while buying or selling properties. I did not know he went to be with Lord since we were in his office on 20th April and we talked to him and he stated that he was now retiring only to learn of his passing. It is sad it was the last time to see him and our condolences to his family. May his soul RIP. - Posted by: Alice Mwaniki (Was our real estate lawyer) on: Apr 30, 2016
