JOHANNA BAYRAK (née VAN GINKEL) Peacefully, after a long battle with her illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Johanna on April 23 2016 at Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Johanna is survived by her children Adrianna, Vera, and Daniel, grandchildren Cassandra, and John, her sister Helena (Louis), niece Marie (Scott), nephew Rene, as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles. Johanna was predeceased by her husband Clinton, and parents John and Jean Van Ginkel. Johanna was born in Eindhoven, Holland and moved to Canada at the age of nine and built her family life here. Johanna worked for Canada Messenger for numerous years. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, April 28, 11:00 a.m. at 724 Selkirk Ave. (Aboriginal Funeral Chapel). We would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the whole family for the loss of Johanna. We will always remember the happy times our families shared - the backyard barbecues, the Christmas and birthday celebrations, and the Sunday dinners. We will cherish these family memories.
