MARK STEPHEN WEBSTER July 18, 1972 - December 24, 2015 A Gift. A son to Bob (Gerry) and Tannis, brother to David (Deedee), nephew to Terry and Art, uncle to Dorian and Ethan, grandson to Dorothy and Yorkie, Muriel, Ray (Grace), cousin to Dana and Krista, and friend (Elf) to so many. Mark lived his life with a passion that was undiminished by cancer and surgeries. He accepted the challenge and strove to change the inequities of society and the degradation of the earth. His enquiring mind opened him to search for truth and the spiritual Center of his being. Born in Windsor, raised in Chase and Winnipeg, lived in Calgary, Whistler, Vancouver, Brakendale and Fernie, and in each home impressed his vitality and love on people and places. He spent his final days in Puerto Vallarta, a place he loved; warmed by the sun, surrounded by beauty, immersed in the culture and people, and a constant on the beach with his beloved dogs. A life too short, but very long when measured by the number of friends who loved and supported him and by those he blessed in brief encounters. Mark was full of compassion for those less fortunate; committed to his friends and valued family. He will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched, especially his family. We will miss you Mark, every moment of every day. Ride on! A Requiem Mass and celebration of Mark's life will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, 3 St. Vital Rd., Winnipeg, on Monday, May 2, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PWRDF, 80 Hayden St., Toronto, Ontario M4Y 3G2.

He enriched the lives of so many people - if a man's wealth be measured in friends, Mark was rich indeed.
