ETHEL STONE 1914 - 2015 Ethel Stone passed away peacefully October 31, 2015, with family by her side. Ethel, "Nin", is remembered for her kindness, generosity, sense of humour and zest for life. She is survived by her son Leonard Stone of Calgary, grandchildren Glen Stone (Yolanda) of Los Gatos, California, Sherri Stirling of Calgary, two great-grandsons Jephson and Conrad Stirling, sisters Doreen Bissett of Winnipeg and Hazel Trudell of Victoria, numerous neices and nephews. Ethel was predeceased by her husband Clarence Stone in 1967. She was a long time resident of Lions Manor prior to moving to Tuxedo Villa. A celebration of her life is planned for May 21, 2016, 2 - 5 p.m. at 2000 St. Mary's Rd., Winnipeg. A Limb has fallen from the family tree, grieve not for me, remember the best of times, the laughter, the song, the good life I lived while I was strong.
