DARLA FRAZIER 1941 - 2016 Darla Frazier passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 74 years. She is survived by her brother, Glenn. She was predeceased by her parents, Kay and Fred. In compliance with Darla's wishes, no Funeral Service will be held. I knew Darla from the Fred Douglas Lodge as my mother reside there. Darla was a sweet and very honest and upfront person. She was bright with a sharp mind and knew what was current in world events and with issues at the Fred Douglas Home. She had a positive influence and a desire to relocate to a better residence.
