ARTHUR SHORT August 3, 1946 - May 18, 2016 Arthur Short passed away peacefully on May 18, 2016 at his home. A graveside service will be held at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, Friday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. A longer obituary to follow.
