Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL (MIKE) PATRICK CORMIER Suddenly on Monday, May 16, 2016 Mike passed away, in his home, at the age of 88. Mike was predeceased by his beloved wife Mavis Lorraine (Knowles) Cormier, his parents Patrick and Ida (O'Brien) Cormier, and sisters Anita and Stella. Mike is survived by his daughter Patricia Brennan (Donald), sons Ronald Cormier (Jackie) and Larry Cormier (Vicky), six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Ronald Cormier (Shirley), and his sisters Marjorie (Walter) Dreschsler and Pauline Herbert. Mike was a veteran of the Korean War and an early pioneer with INCO in Thompson, MB. Private Interment will follow at a later date. Dad, It has been six long years and we have all become close and loving siblings. We all enjoy a loving family of many children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Used to talk to him on the phone occasionally.He was very interested in our son Gary who is a Warrant Officer in the Royal Canadian Regiment. He used to share war stories as Gary has served 4 tours of duty. He would update me on all of you even though we unfortunately have lost touched.
