Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySCOTT NEWSOM May 29th, 1993 - March 6th, 2013 On October 15th, 2011, Scott wrote in his journal, after a Bodenseehof Bible School mountain hike in Germany: "It is nearing the end of the best day of my life. I had an amazing hike that yielded the best view ever, then got some great socializing in. I felt connected. I felt known... I felt great and at home. Admittedly, I didn't think about God much today and didn't give Him the glory for everything that happened. However, I am now in the prayer room and have decided to turn everything over to Him, all the thanksgiving and joy that I have. I have learned how to pray when it's raining; now I am learning how to pray when the sun shines." We are glad to remember sunny days with Scott.
