BRAXTON DENNY DUCHARME It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Braxton Denny Ducharme, who was tragically taken from us at the young age of 19, on Friday, May 27, 2016. Left behind to cherish Braxton's memories are his parents Dennis Ducharme and Jackie Hill; his big sister Brittany Ducharme; best friend Josh Lourenco; beloved girlfriend Hannah Lester; his paternal grandparents Norman and Vicki Ducharme; maternal grannie Doreen Hill; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends and family. He was predeceased by his grandpa, Robert Hill, and his great-grandparents Phyllis and Deny Clare, Harvey and Bernice Ducharme, William and Maja Oliver and Thomas and Rose Hill. In the four years that Braxton attended Tec Voc High School, he grew a burning passion for football. His dedication lead him to success on and off the field. After graduation Braxton found a job with a great group of guys at VIDA Insulation and strived to successfully climb the ranks of the trade. Braxton was a man with a drive to achieve the highest level of anything he ever tried, whether it be football, cheerleading, or weightlifting; he gave his all and accomplished everything he set out to do. Braxton also had a great love for the outdoors. Some of his best times were spent deer hunting, duck hunting, fishing, camping, and 4x4-ing with friends. He will be remembered for his amazing personality, dedication, hard work, and infectious smile. On Saturday, June 4, 2016, Braxton's Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Woodlands Community Hall, 204 Argyle Street, Woodlands, MB. Interment will follow in Woodlands (St. George's) Cemetery, Woodlands. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tec Voc High School Football Program, 1555 Wall Street, Winnipeg, MB R3E 2S2.
