RITA MARIE CECILE COULOMBE (nee LAMOTHE) January 4, 1929 May 25, 2016 Peaceful, on May 25, 2016, Rita Marie Cecile Coulombe passed away quietly at the William George Extended Care facility in Sioux Lookout at the age of 87 surrounded by family. Rita was born on a farm near St. Francis Xavier, Manitoba on January 4, 1929. Rita was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Henry Arther and Marie Cecile Lamothe; her husband Joseph A. Coulombe; her sisters, Annette and Rosa; along with brothers, Eddie, Henri, Clement, Albert and Ande. Rita is survived by her sister Aline and two brothers, Gilbert and Gerome; her daughter, Louise Jubinville, granddaughter, Catherine, great-grandchildren Art, and Jade; her son Peter (Joey), grandson, Jonathan, great-grandchildren, Madison, Jasmine, and grandson Matthew; her daughter Rose Ellison, granddaughter Laura Pearon (Kyle), great-grandchildren, Bayne, Shane and Trinity; grandson Jacob (Cindy), great-grandchildren, Aristotle, and Emily; granddaughter Aimee (Joshua), great-grandchildren Alexis, Xavier, Trent and Kayata; her son John (Cherie), grandchildren Denzel, Adam and Alyssa; her son Mike (Vicky), grandchildren, Christopher and Elizabeth. Rita left us with so many wonderful memories; she taught by example what it meant to be strong, patient, honest, faithful, kind, generous and loving. She will be and is greatly missed by her loving family and friends. A Celebration of her Life took place on Monday May 30, 2016 at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home where family and friends shared their numerous memories of a "Life well Lived". Interment of ashes were held at Hillcrest Cemetery.
