VERA MOORE On Wednesday, June 8, 2016, Vera Moore (nee Howell) passed away peacefully, at the Concordia Hospital, Winnipeg. A celebration of Vera's life will take place at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day St. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Vera has requested that donations be made to the Transcona Memorial United Church Building Fund, 209 Yale Ave. W., Winnipeg, MB R2C 1T9.   • One of the greatest grandmothers of all times was Vera Moore, she was kind and sweet and always made you feel like part of the family. One of my fondest memories as a teen was going to the cabin with the Moore's, I will always cherish that memory.
