Condolences & Memories (14 entries)

  • Still thinking about you, and your mom, years later. Hard to believe how time passed so quickly, and how different things are in 2020. It still feels like I could text you and you’d answer. I hope your family is doing well, and that you and your mom are doing well wherever you are. - Posted by: Vanessa Streilein (Friend) on: Nov 16, 2020

  • I met Stephanie when I first started playing softball for Tyndall Park, she was always fun, energetic and friendly to everyone around her. My heart goes out to her Grandparents and other family. - Posted by: Marika (Friend/Teammate) on: Jun 22, 2016

  • I am the store manager of the Dollarama that next to the Safeway where Stephanie was employed at Starbucks. I frequently went in the afternoon to get my ice coffee and Stephanie provided great service always knowing my order when she saw me come in. I was stunned when I saw the memorial by the Starbucks and I will miss Stephanie. I always felt a connection to her because my youngest daughter is about the same age and is also named Stephanie and even works at a Starbucks. God be with you. - Posted by: Dennis Perron (Customer ) on: Jun 21, 2016

  • I'm deeply saddened by the news of Stephanie. I had the pleasure and the honor of being a Girl Guide leader beside Stephanie for the last three years at Tyndall Park School. She was a joy to be with, the girls loved her so much. The two of us had such a great time this year with all our activities with the Guides, with the last one being our summer camp at birds hill park two weekends ago. She will be missed a lot next year. - Posted by: Amanda LaCoste (Friend) on: Jun 20, 2016

  • There are no words that would describe this. Stephanie was a nice young woman, our favorite barista. The week before her passing I had the rare opportunity to chat with her in the lunch room, and she was so excited about the Italy trip that she and her grandmother is taking. Little did I know that its the last time I will ever talk to her. My thoughts and prayer goes out to the family and loves ones. - Posted by: julie Hodge (fellow safeway employee) on: Jun 18, 2016
