I am so saddened to hear that Gary has passed away. I met him through my father when he and Ruth lived in the same building as Bill and Gertrude. My daughter and I visited him and had lunch last time we were in Winnipeg. He was always so kind. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: corinna mccurdy (friend) on: Jun 30, 2016

Poppy loved gardening and woodworking. I still have the chest he made for me and the plant he gave me. I will always remember his beautiful garden that he grew at his house in Stoney Mountain. - Posted by: Crystal Hill (Granddaughter) on: Jun 23, 2016
