Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySCOTT HUNTER ANDERSON May 14, 1956 - June 17, 2016 Scott Hunter Anderson, of East St. Paul, MB, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 17, 2016, after a heroic five and one half year battle with cancer. Scott is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janice (nee Nordal), his daughter Charla and son Ryan. Also mourning Scott's passing are his brother Brian (Yvonne), of Canmore, AB, sister Susan (Gary) Short, of Winnipeg, Matthew (Coral) Short, Kyle Short and numerous Nordal brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and their families. Scott was predeceased by his mother June (Freeland, 2003), father Ralph (2015), infant niece Melissa (1987), father-in law Elmer (1991) and mother-in-law Marguerite (2013). A Celebration of Life for Scott will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day Street, Winnipeg, MB R2C 1E8. Dear Jan & family, I read with such disappointment of Scott's passing - I have always held you both is such high regard. I hope you know how impactful you have been in my life and the impact your relationship with Scott has been to me (and others). Despite our distance (subsequent to working colleagues) I have always seen you both as role models in happy & healthy relationships & enjoyed every opportunity that I did have to witness what you & Scott shared.
