Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBETTY ENID STEPHEN (nee DICKS) Betty Enid Stephen (nee Dicks) passed away peacefully on April 10, 2016 in Winnipeg, Manitoba surrounded by her children after a brief stay at the Grace Hospital. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in St . Paul's Anglican Church, Dauphin, MB. A luncheon and time of reflection will follow the service in the church hall, all are welcome. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations in memory of Betty may be made to Dauphin General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary or St. Paul's Anglican Church Memorial fund.
