Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ELIZABETH (BETTY) ENGLISH May 1, 1925 - July 3, 2016 Our beloved mother passed away peacefully with granddaughters at her side after a brief illness. Mom was born in Winnipeg and more recently lived in Burlington and Etobicoke. She was predeceased by our father John and her sister Dorothy and is survived by her brother Alan Robb (Shirley) of Courtenay, BC. Mom leaves a strong family as her legacy. She is greatly missed by sons, John (Susan), Chris (Ann), Robb (Lise) and Richard (Annie); grandchildren, Andrea, Stephen, Lindsay, Lauren, Jenny, Emily, and Jeff. Mom was delighted by Andrea's recent visit with Chase, the first great-grandchild. We wish to express our appreciation to the excellent staff at the Chartwell Scarlett Heights Residence who provided a wonderful home for Mom and Dad. No memorial service is planned. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
