Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Noreen Peters OB"M (1937 - 2016), of Winnipeg Manitoba, was a formidable woman. The beloved matriarch was known for her dignified bearing, affection and concern for her family. Her Hebrew name was Nechama. We are proud and awed to continue her legacy and namesake by naming our third daughter Nechama Powers after her. She was named at the Shtiebl Givat HaMivtar Synagogue, Givat HaMivtar, Jerusalem, on Parshat Bo, 12 January, 2018. - Posted by: Benny Powers (Grandson in law) on: Jan 12, 2019
