Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIOLET SIEMENS April 8, 1935 - July 15, 2016 Violet passed away peacefully at her home in Winnipeg. She will be deeply missed by her family. Violet is survived by her mother Anne, brothers, Jim (Sylvia) and Brian, stepsister Vivian (Jim), daughters, Terry (Brent), Orla (Cliff), and Lorraine, son Randy, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her spouse Joe, daughter Sandra, brother Roy (Leona) and sister Nancy. The family would like to thank the staff at the Victoria Hospital and at the Convalescent Home in Winnipeg for their care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Springs Church, 725 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg.

I was surprised and disappointed to hear of Vi's passing recently, when I went with Daisy (dog) for our Sunday visit at the Convalescent Home.
