RONALD LAUREN KOLKE June 8, 1925 - August 1, 2016 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Ronald Kolke of Airdrie, AB at the Peter Lougheed Hospital, on August 1, 2016 at the age of 91 years. Ron leaves to mourn his passing, his loving wife Evelyn (nee Jones); three children, Launa (Grant) of Calgary, Alison (Les) of Rocky View County, and Douglas of Calgary; six grandchildren, Holly (Wes), Melanie (Chris), Crystal (Ron), Ashley (Levi), Sharla (Tyrell), and Kyle; and 10 great-grandchildren, Hudson, Tayla, Phoenix, Ethan, Mason, Ava, Marley, Jasper, Aiden and Aria. He is also survived by his sisters, Audrey Christensen and Elaine Bollman; sister-in-law Jean Schultz (Al); brothers-in-law, Raymond Jones (Eleanor) and Ken Lyon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Ron was predeceased by his son Warren; his parents Arthur and Julia; parents-in-law, Owen and Ellen (Nellie) Jones; his sister Lois Lyon and brothers-in-law, Arthur Christensen and Cecil Bollman. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ascension Lutheran Church, 1432 19 St. NE, Calgary, AB.
