EVA M. HARDY (nee ANDREWS) May 25, 1937 - July 28, 2016 We sadly announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Sister after a brief illness at the age of 79 years. She will be greatly missed by her son Gilbert; daughter Valerie (Edward); and her dear siblings, Margaret, Valerie (Terry) and Glennis. Eva loved being a grandma, and her grandchildren, Rayanne (Ryan), Haley, Madison and Taylor, were a true source of happiness and wonderful memories throughout her life. Eva was predeceased by her husband Gilbert Hardy just five short months ago, and we all hope that they are now dancing together, on what would have been their 58th wedding anniversary. Eva was a true "people person" who loved to socialize with friends and strangers alike. She was a gentle spirit, a kind mother, and a truly joyous person to know. She will be in our hearts forever. No public memorial is planned, but in Eva's memory, she would love for you be kind to an animal in need, or to offer a small token to a worthy charity of your choosing.
