Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Dear Jim, Rob, Jennifer and families, We were so sorry to hear about Brenda's passing. Our families shares so many good times over the years. We offer prayers and condolences to you as you go through this most difficult time. May you find peace and comfort knowing that Brenda's journey in this lifetime is over now, There is no more pain or suffering, there is only love. I remember when Jennifer was a tiny baby and Brenda was confident I would take the best care of her when I was allowed to hold her and "babysit" under the watchful eyes of all the women at our family gatherings. It took me many years to realize what a precious gift that was from a new Mom to entrust a child with her newborn baby. Many wonderful memories and lots of love be with you always, The Skillen Family. - Posted by: Skillen Family () on: Aug 15, 2016

  • Jim, Rob, Jennifer, Brenda was a wonderful, kind, caring, and loving person. She always had a smile on her face and was so upbeat . We always had so much fun when we got together. Playing Super Quiz was so much fun. She couldn't spell very well but nobody could beat her when it came to American History. Brenda will be missed by so many . My heart is breaking for all of you. This was so sudden and such a shock to all of us. The knowledge that Brenda is at peace and with Mom, Dad, and Ray comforts me and I do hope and pray that it will bring comfort to you as well. Also, knowing that she will not have to suffer the ravages of this insidious disease is a blessing . Our thoughts and prayers are with you and our sincere condolences.
