CAROLYN RUBY BUSSIERES 1950 - 2016 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Carolyn on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at St. Boniface Hospital. Those left to cherish Carolyn's memory are her son Ed (Barb), grandchildren Saige and Dylan, daughter Christine (Melvin), grandchildren Melissa and Joshua, as well as her mother Ruby, brother David, sister Brenda, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. A Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB with reception to follow. I got to know Carolyn at my job site at the Rice Centre, she always had a smile even when she was suffering, she would always stop and chat before her shift, I will miss her but we know she is in a quieter place and in Gods hands watching over us, till we meet again.R.I.P - Posted by: Bernie (Friend ) on: Aug 20, 2016

I am so sorry to hear about her passing. We worked together and she was such a great woman. I looked forward to evenings when she worked in Dispatch so that I could chat with her. She was a truly alive and funny woman, who was always a great listener when I needed to talk. I will miss her and the world will missue her. Condolences to her family. We are very sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. It's been awhile since we were in touch with her but still have fond memories of her and Dave down at the lake with us as well as visiting their house and having a few cool ones. She was a warm and generous woman and one with many talents. I know her family was first and foremost in her life so our sincerest condolences all of you in the family.
