DONALD HARRISON (COACH DON) PGA Passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by family and friends on August 17, 2016 at 72 years of age. Beloved husband of Nancy McCann. Don adored Nancy as she did him. Loving father of Peter (Roberta), Stephen, Joanne (Kevin). Cherished grandfather of Jax, Ryleigh, Kaili, and Kaci. Dear son of Jean Levasseur and the late Edward Harrison. Dear Brother of Roland and his late wife Lucien of B.C., Carol and husband Jack Dubincoff of Manitoba, and his identical twin brother Dave and wife Karen. Don was a life Member of the Canadian Professional Golf Association earning his PGA Card in 1963. Don instructed and inspired hundreds of men, women and children for over 53 years. Don instilled his love of golf to over 5000 boys and girls with confidence and respect while teaching golf and golf etiquette. He loved being with the kids on the golf course and the kids loved being with Coach Don. Don taught his students not only golf lessons, but lessons for life. Donations made to the Don Harrison Junior Golf Fund, in trust to Nancy McCann. Visitation Friday 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd. East, Windsor, ON 519-969-5841. On Saturday, family and friends are invited to meet at Banwell Community Church, 2400 Banwell Rd., after 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Dr. Rev.
