I had the honour and pleasure of meeting Ray one year ago when he came to our church to be baptized. To be baptized was one of his sought after goals and when he realized his neighbor Alain, was a minister, he attended the bible study classes. He not only was baptized but also baptized in the Holy Spirit. The gifts he was given from the Holy Spirit were the gifts of faith and intercessory prayer. The gift of faith enabled him to fully understand what he was reading in the bible, and the gift of intercessory prayer saw many of his prayers answered especially when he prayed for others. Ray had a thirst for knowledge and studied the word of God with fervor. I know he was given healings to extend his life in order to give him the opportunity to unite with the Lord as we have until our last breath to do so. The Lord prepared a beautiful place for him. I miss Ray, he became a very good friend and I miss our conversations together. My deepest sympathies to all of you. - Posted by: Gisele Remillard (Friend) on: Aug 29, 2016
