It was with profound sadness that I read about Logie's passing. I met Logie in the early 70's while in school with his son Jim. Dinners at the Johnson household were always fun and took me away from bachelor cooking. A strong memory was seeing my Dad and Logie build a "Coors beer garden" on my back deck at the Colorado house just before Lorie's and my wedding. .. some 33 years ago. We send our prayers and thoughts to Marge and all the family. Lorne and Lorie - Posted by: Lorne McMillan (Friend) on: Sep 04, 2016

My sympathies to Marge and all of Logie's family. I cherish memories of Logie's wry humour, teasing my mother (which she secretly enjoyed), his love of hot dogs, and fine woodcraft. His presence was always a treat over dinners at Bob and Ann's table. I hope the warmth of family and friends brings you comfort now and in the days to follow. - Posted by: Mary Ann Thompson (Friend) on: Sep 01, 2016

I am so sorry to hear that Logie has passed away. He was one of the 'good ones'! I will remember his smile and his gentleness. And of course, I won't forget how he loved to munch on peanuts at Uncle Charlie's or my dad's or have a bowl of mom's macaroni and cheese. I have fond memories of the Weslaco days and the many times we visited with Logie and Marge down there. Hang on tight to the great memories! Peace be with you. During my hydro career I worked for Mr. Johnson several times. He was, without a doubt one of the most approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with Manager I had ever met. I truly appreciated knowing him. Rest in Peace Logie !! - Posted by: Bob Crawley (co worker) on: Aug 29, 2016
