Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID (ARNOLD) HENDERSON Peacefully, with his family by his side, David (Arnold) Henderson, passed away on August 25, 2016. He was born in Pine Falls, MB on February 26, 1950. Predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Matilda Henderson; brothers, Glen and Andy; sister Gail; and five brothers (in childhood). David is survived by his wife Laverne; brother Brian (Janice) and family; sister Lorraine (Bob) and family; step-brother Alvin (Denise) and step-sister Marlene (Basel); sons and step-sons, Eugene (Sandra), Eric (Sherry), Tunny (Amanda), Charles, Jarius and their families; daughters and step-daughters, Amanda, Helen, Lindsey, Lana, Jezebel, Antoinette (Justin) and their families; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous extended family relatives and good friends. David will always be remembered for his kindness and generosity and for spreading the word of the Lord. Wake services will be held in Black River First Nation at his residence on Friday, August 26 and Saturday, August 27. The funeral service will be on Sunday, August 28 at 2:00 p.m. at St. George's Anglican Church in Black River, MB, with Rev. Nancy Bruyere, Richard Bruyere and Ernest McPherson Sr. officiating. The Family thanks the Doctors and Nursing staff at the HSC and the Pine Falls Hospital for the care and hospitality provided to David and the family. The Family also thanks the Chief and Council of Black River First Nation, and the many friends and relatives for their support. Flowers are gratefully declined.
