PATRICIA COLEMAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Coleman (nee Hepworth) on August 29, 2016 at Royal Victoria Regional Heath Centre in Barrie. She is the beloved wife of the late Bill Coleman; mother to Karen (Peter), Tim (Sandi) and Paul; and grandmother to Will, Jeffrey and Evan. She is also remembered by her sister Joan (Joe) Johnson and sister-in-law Isabelle (Stan) Prince and their families. She was born in the municipality of Shoal Lake, Manitoba in 1926 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Home Economics) from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Science (Food and Nutrition) from the University of Minnesota. She retired from the University of Toronto as an Associate Professor. She was the author of several books on food and nutrition and an avid reader and loyal CBC radio listener. Together with family, she enjoyed many great summers at the cottage on Papineau Lake near Mattawa, Ontario. A private family memorial service to follow at a later date.
