Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHERI MICHELLE GIESBRECHT May 1, 1977 - May 22, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Cheri Michelle Giesbrecht at the age of 39. Cheri is survived by son Nathan Giesbrecht, daughter Athena Giesbrecht, parents Lorne and Carol Giesbrecht, sister Charlene Giesbrecht (Chad), brother, Lorne Giesbrecht (Amelia), nephews Brandon Goodfellow and Jason Goodfellow, Nathan's father, Jeremy Preston, Athena's father, Mike Gander, her grandfather, John Cechvala, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cheri was predeceased by her grandparents, Ed and Mary Giesbrecht and grandmother, Emily Cechvala. We are profoundly thankful to the First Responders and the staff in the ICU at Concordia Hospital and St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. A Celebration of Cheri's Life will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
