ISABEL MARY RODGER Isabel Mary Rodger (Heaney) passed away in Regina, SK, August 28, 2016. Mom was born November 8, 1925 in Winnipeg, MB. After our father's passing in 1986 she moved to Vancouver, Kelowna and six years ago to Regina. Isabel spent many years of her life as a homemaker but also worked at Shop Easy, Eatons and Birks. She loved to decorate, sew, knit and do her daily crossword puzzles. She was predeceased by her husband, Christopher (Fraser) Rodger, her parents, William and Isabel (Enright) Heaney, sister Helen Patterson, brothers Ted, Creighton and Jim Heaney, son-in-law Glenn Peppler, and grandson Greg Peppler. Mom's surviving relatives include sister, Pat (Dick) Fairbanks, and brother, Tony (Donna Maria) Heaney. Children, Carole Peppler, Regina, SK, Laura (Andy Decovik) Peppler, Leanne (Scott) Boyce (Tiernan), Jeff (Danielle) Peppler (Anya, Chas, August, Morello), Stephanie Peppler, Gayl (Paul) Crane, Brandon, MB, PJ (Sheila) (Josh, Rylee), Jarod (Jennifer) Crane (Madeline, Kennedy), Bill (Miriam) Rodger, St. Anne, MB, Christie (Lonnie Boroskae) Rodger, (Caleigh (Tyler) Delaronde (Brooklyn), Bill (Nancy Green) Rodger, (Michael, Calvin), Bob (Jamie) Rodger, (Jorden, Ashley (Danny) Perussina) (Dior), David (Marie) Rodger, Langley, BC, (Evan, Haley, Tanner), Trish (Bill) Courchaine, Ottawa, ON, (Adam, Holly) Barbara (Paul Pandolfo) Rodger, Temagami, ON, (Kevin, Dillon). A private family graveside service will take place October 29, 2016. Special thanks to Marian Chateau in Regina for taking wonderful care of Mom for the last six years.
