Lewis was born March 16, 1948 to Murray and Francis Jorgenson in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Lewis was a loving husband to Sharon, friend and brother to Murray, and father and friend to sons Christopher (Jayna) and Daren. Lewis was "Papa Luli" to grandchildren, Ryan, Ainsley, Carlie, Eaton, Mia Brice, Britany and Jordan.
