MARY JOSEPHINE ROBSON-KOBEN November 6, 1924 - September 21, 2016 It is with deep sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Mary Robson- Koben at the age of 91. She leaves behind her children, Frances (Lorne), Gary (Kathie), Evelyn, Julia (Dave), Barbra (Mike), Bruce, David (Shelley), Alison, Sandra, Glenda (Wayne). She is also survived by her brother Albert (Dorothy) and their family as well as grandchildren, Ronnie, Mary, Rodney, Jason, Lorne, Marie, Isaac, Melanie, Kris, Trena, Marla, Lance, Nicole, Justin, Jesse, Cory, Ashley, Pamela, Rob, Jarod, Marilyn, Bob, Paige, Taylor, Harlan, Angie, Davey, Jessica, Chantal, Natasha, Ryan, Myles and numerous great and great great- grandchildren, many other relatives and friends, including good friends Alice, Rosie, Bernice and Olive. The family would like to thank Debbie Sanderson, Sandra Peebles and Lori Robson for all their help. She is reunited with the love of her life, Max Koben; parents, Ethel and Robert; sons, Ronnie (in infancy), and Dennis; sisters, Olive (infant son Robert and son Leon) and Elsie (daughters, Ethel and Carol and son Frank); brothers, Jackie (son Bobby), Norman (sons Norman Junior and Michael) and Charlie; niece Alma. Also, grandchildren, Kurt and Colette and their mother Florence; sister-in-law Frances and good friend Albert Bear. A traditional wake will be held at St. Clements Church hall just south of Selkirk on Tuesday, September 27 at 5:00 p.m. and funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Gilbart Funeral Home, 309 Eveline St. Selkirk, Mb. Interment to follow at St. Peters Dynevor Churchyard Cemetery. Mary's pallbearers will be her grandsons. A reception will follow at the Selkirk Friendship Centre.
