BEN PELLETIER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ben Pelletier - loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend. Ben passed peacefully in his sleep on August 13, 2016 at the age of 90. Ben was a devout Catholic having served as a member of the Knights of Columbus, and actively supported many different parishes and took great pride in being a founder and loyal member of St. Timothy's Catholic Church for the past 22 years. Ben is survived by his loving wife of 22 years Mary-Lou Pelletier, his stepchildren Danny (Sheila) Mondor, Corinne (Bill) Yaworsky, Ron (Joanne) Mondor and his many grandchildren Mariah, Daniel, Billy, Matthew, Erica and Blake. Ben had a real zest for life and enjoyed travelling, music and playing his guitar. We remember many a good party with Ben strumming his guitar while the grandchildren danced and sang along. Ben was an avid reader and had many life experiences which he enjoyed sharing with family and friends over a good meal and a wee dram of scotch. What Ben enjoyed most was being involved in his grandchildren's many sporting activities. Ben spent countless hours with his wife Mary-Lou attending basketball, football, curling, ringette and hockey games. He enjoyed telling stories of the many successes his grandchildren experienced in their respective sports. The family would like to thank Dr. Lee Cummings for the wonderful medical care received over the years. Ben will be remembered and missed. Love you forever - XOXO. Ben has been cremated and a celebration of his life will take place at St. John Brebeuf Parish, 1707 John Brebeuf Place, on Thursday, September 29 at 10:30 a.m.

I remember when you came into my sister Mary-Lou'so life 22 years ago how happy you were together and how good you were to her. I know how much you enjoyed being with her family especially the grandchildren. - Posted by: Michelle Fischer (Sister in law ) on: Sep 24, 2016
