MARIA KUREC May 30, 1925 - September 25, 2015 Who knew when we talked that day at noon (which was our daily routine) that by evening you'd be gone . . He knew; Who knew you were organizing, preparing and hoping for the day your time would come . . He knew. But for me you were gone without any warning, words left unspoken, no chance to say goodbye; My heart aches and the tears still flow more today than the day you first left and as each day goes by. My only consolation is in believing that God wrapped His loving arms around you, relieved you of all your physical pain, took away the mental anguish of life's events that you carried throughout your lifetime, and that He gave you an eternal life of such beauty, peace, love and happiness in Heaven which you never allowed yourself to really enjoy while you were here on earth. Because of how you lived your life I learned so much and I am so proud to be your daughter and the person I have become, and I'm so fortunate I was able to have you in my life the 65 years that I did. I miss you so much Mom, you'll never be forgotten. Till we meet again. Love, Zina Schellenberg (Real Lauzon).
