FRANCES KOWAL It is with great sadness and broken hearts we announce that on September 23, 2016, with family by her side, Frances passed away at Concordia Hospital after a battle with cancer. Frances was predeceased by her loving husband, Ed of 61 years on July 13, 2016. A celebration of Frances' life will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, 68152 Cooks Creek Rd., Cooks Creek, Manitoba. Father Joseph Tran will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
