To Henry's family - My deepest condolences for the loss of your father, grandfather and great grandfather. I worked with Henry for many years and will cherish the times we spent laughing and talking about Public Works and the projects we did. He was a tremendous man with a beautiful soul. The building at 269 Main Street (Victory Building) was your Dad's pride and joy. Forever missed and fondly remembered.
