Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) GUNN DOUGLAS Peacefully on Saturday, September 24, 2016, Bill beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away in Winnipeg at the age of 96 years. Bill served in the Second World War with the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders, was a POW and a Proud Veteran. In accordance with Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a private family interment at Brookside Cemetery at a later date. Friends and family are invited to join us in a memorial gathering at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
