MARNI HANSON 1953 2016 On Monday, October 3, 2016, Marni Hanson passed away at the Riverview Health Centre. Funeral service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marni's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. I will miss you dearly, you are a true friend and were always the voice of sanity when things got tough. You influenced me in the way I live my life and made me a better person. You always seemed to have the right advice and never judged me for my many faults. Until we meet again there will be a void in my life. I will miss our talks and knowing you cared. My dear sweet Marni, Our friendship grew fast and ended way too quickly. I will miss you dearly on the golf course. You were my first female golf buddy and I will forever cherish our games together. Keep those golf clubs swinging up in Heaven and know that every time I swing my clubs I will be thinking of you. You will be in my memories "Fore"ver!!!!! Marni was the best. She could have chosen a career as a stand up comic but instead chose to live her life helping others. She was funny, compassionate, loveable, sincere and a joy to know. You always felt better after spending time with Marni. She loved her family dearly, was crazy for her son and his family, and always managed to see the best in everyone and in life. Marni was well known and very popular and will be missed by ever so many particularly her family. Rest in peace dear Marni. May all the love and laughter she shared with her family be of comfort to them in the days to come.
