JONATHAN ARENSON The family of Jonathan Arenson, son of Darlene and Alex Arenson, age 31, late of Winnipeg, MB, regret to announce his sudden passing on Sunday, October 2, 2016. The funeral will take place at Shaarey Zedek Synagogue 561 Wellington Crescent on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. There will be a meal of consolation at the synagogue at approximately 1:00 p.m. following the service and burial.

  • Jon was a good friend of mine. In 2015 we spent some time together talking when he was in Winnipeg between his travels. But then he would never answer my e-mails again. I sent him an e-mail on his birthday two days ago begging him to answer me again. I checked the obituaries today and there this was. How did I not know this happened? I am in total shock.
